What we collect

Your email address, and nothing else. You give it to us voluntarily by entering it into the signup form on our homepage. We do not ask for your name, and we do not collect payment details.

This site uses Vercel Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not track you across other websites or build a profile of you. We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own.

Why we collect it

To send you occasional updates about games Keilorin is publishing. That is the only thing we use your address for. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.

Who it's shared with

Your address is stored in our database and shared with the email service provider we use to send those updates, purely so the emails can reach you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. Once you unsubscribe we delete your address from our list.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to have it deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@keilorin.com and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
